Happy Day 7 of our 31 Days of Photo Fun!
It's assignment time and it's another fun one. This time, your homework is simply to photograph your "happy place".
We all have a happy place, and I encourage you to really play with this one. Think literally and shoot your favorite place in your home. Mine is the kitchen table in the early morning hours before everyone else wakes up. I like to enjoy my coffee while I check out my favorite on line sites or maybe brainstorm business ideas.
Think practically and capture that place that might not be around much longer. One of my favorite summer hangouts is our front porch in the mornings, though I much prefer it when my husband is sitting in the chair next to me (there's that awesome cup of coffee again!). We are moving this summer and I'm glad I took the time to capture this special place for us as our mornings here are numbered.
And think emotionally and feel free to go outside the box. One of my favorite places is simply in God's word. There's no better place to be.
Take time with this assignment and have fun. Share your favorite places with me, but feel free to keep those special ones to yourself too. Some places are too special to share, right?

I have really enjoyed all the tips you have been giving this month. I love photography and looking forward to the day I can take a class and pursue it as a hobby a little more. This might be the year since all my kids will be in school full day...
Today's post was great because I often forget to take pictures of my home and favorite places. I have moved many times since college and I have few pictures to share with my kids of where I used to live...
