Kelsey is about to start her senior year at Methacton High School this fall.  She's a dancer with great talent and great personality.  But in addition to that, she's got tremendous focus and a plan for her future.  With a desire to study fashion in college, Kelsey called on me to create a diverse modeling portfolio for her.  Together we worked on creating several different looks which we could capture in one session.

We called on the amazing talents of Jen Stephan, hair and make-up artist at Gwendolynn's Salon & Spa.  Jen created the initial look at the salon, then stayed on throughout the session, changing each look to suit the clothing, the location, and the changing light.

The three of us had a great evening together and the shoot was a huge success.  It's hard to believe we were able to capture such different looks in one session, and all within a 100 yard span.  

Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot.

Bonnie: Pottstown Fashion Photography

Last month I had one of the most intense and exciting photo sessions ever!  Bonnie had come to me with a specific idea in mind to create a portfolio for a potential future in modeling.  Together with the help of amazing hair and make-up artist, Shannon Dimichele of Classic Bella, we put together a plan for several different looks and concepts, all in a 2 hour session.  And we planned the shoot for downtown Pottstown, a very unlikely place for a high fashion model shoot.

But it went perfectly!

Bonnie was awesome, prepared with her looks, and ready to do what I asked.  Shannon was flawless in her work, changing Bonnie's looks quickly but perfectly.  I used the gorgeous light and our location, along with Bonnie's gorgeous looks to rock this shoot!

I think it's safe to say that we all had a blast!

Preparing for this shoot was almost as fun as the shoot itself, and what I learned from this session I have enjoyed incorporating into my senior model sessions!

Jen Lebo Photography & Classic Bella Make Up Artistry

The up and coming fall portrait season is looking to be another fantastic one. I am beyond excited about the high school seniors I've got lined up this year, and want to make sure that each session itself is just as fabulous and unforgettable as the portraits we create together.

In doing so, I have teamed up with a fantastic friend and make-up artist, Shannon DiMichele of Classic Bella. Shannon and I first teamed up for a model shoot early this summer. We worked together a few more times, and both fell easily into a groove. We love working together!

The great thing about Shannon is that she works on-location and she works on the weekends, just like me. This makes her an ideal option for my high school seniors, who might be looking for that special look for our sessions. Shannon meets us on location (or at your home), creates a gorgeous, flawless look, and then stays on for the session, doing touch ups throughout. It's truly like being a high end fashion model!

Summer Has Been Busy! July Recap

What a wonderfully busy summer we've been having at the Lebo house! Our family has been enjoying the Olympics, watching our own kids compete on their swim team, enjoying visits from grandparents from both Florida and Massachusetts, and even moving to a new home!

Jen Lebo Photography has been busy too! But with all of the above mentioned activities, I've been a little slack in sharing the wonderful sessions I've been enjoying, and so I thought I'd share a few favorites from each session here in one post. Be warned, it's image heavy, but shows some super fun and fabulous moments!

First, a group session with a fantastic bunch of local high school seniors!

Then a lovely family session with Bryant, Jen, and their beautiful little girls!

I had a fabulous time working on a modeling shoot with Morgan.

And I celebrated Haiden's first birthday with him and his parents!

(I've been photographing him since he was in mommy's belly!)

Had a blast with Kailey, one of my Class of 2013 Senior Reps, and her siblings!

I loved spending time with Dawn and her boys- wonderful husband, one son a new Marine, one son a high school senior.

And finally, I had a great time with Katelyn, putting together a modeling portfolio for her.

July was so much fun all around!

A huge bulk of my July photography was spent on a personal project I am putting together for our children's school, Coventry Christian School. It is called "Portraits for Traci" (click here to read more about it) and I plan to showcase it in its own blog post as soon as it's complete.
